EVALUATION SERVICE APPLICATION FORMS

Step #1 Prepare Your Documents
- Official Transcripts/Statements of Exam Results showing subjects/courses studied per academic year with hours/credits/units and final grades (see below)
- High School Education: Certificate, Diploma, External Exam Results (if awarded)
- Postsecondary/University Education: Certificate, Diploma, Degree (if awarded)
- All post-secondary studies are evaluated in the chronological order completed.
- ACEI does not evaluate credentials out of context; that is, academic documents of undergraduate (1st degree) studies must be provided with payment for each credential earned for evaluation with any post graduate/ master’s and graduate/doctoral degree studies that are to be evaluated (Refer to fees).
- Official English Translations
- Provide a complete set of official, line-by-line, word-for-word English translations in the same format as the original
- Translations completed in the U.S. must be prepared by ATA-certified translators
- Translations prepared outside the U.S. must show the translator’s name, license/registration number, and licensing/certification source.
- If assistance with translations is needed, please contact Language Clarity Translations directly for a translation quoteor submit an official translation prepared by a licensed translator as outlined on our website. Please note that Language Clarity Translations is not a subsidiary of ACEI, and the referral is provided as a courtesy
NOTE: Translations alone are not accepted; the original-language documents must also be submitted. Credential evaluation and translation are separate services with separate fees.

Step #2 Complete the Application and Pay Online
- Select either the Standard Application Form or the form for the institution/ state board requiring the evaluation
- Complete ALL fields on the application form, do not skip fields and select the report type(s) needed for each level of education to be evaluated, and tally the fees
- Pay total fees online via secure payment portal

Step #3 Upload/Submit your Documents
- For each credential to be evaluated, upload high-quality clear color PDF scans of all official transcript(s) and corresponding degree(s)/certificate(s)/ diploma(s) to the online application for initial review.
- Credential evaluations intended for U.S. use, whether Rush service or any state licensing board, California or Virginia Board of Accountancy, Southern New Hampshire University, Washington Adventist University, teacher credentialing, any type of government employment (federal, state, county, city), or immigration, or as required by any specific entity, or as deemed necessary by our evaluators, require official academic documents to be sent directly to ACEI. A request must be presented by the applicant to the issuing institution to electronically submit official academic documents to ACEI directly at: [email protected].
- Credential evaluations intended for UK, Europe, Gulf Region, and Southeast Asia use,require official academic documents to be sent directly to ACEI. - Verification of Credentials: If the institution is unable or unwilling to send official academic documents electronically, and the applicant has already verified their Country Requirements on our website, please use Qualification Check for verification of original academic documents or one of the document retrieval companies listed under “Electronic Documents” on our website for assistance. Please note that document verification firms are separate from ACEI and a referral is provided as a courtesy. We do not set their price structures, nor are we in control of their procedures or time-frames.
Processing Time:
In all cases, an evaluation is completed once ALL requirements and requested documentation/ information are received, and not from the date of the application.
- Standard processing times – an evaluation is completed within 5 (five) business days for a Basic Report or 7 (seven) business days for a Comprehensive Report.
- Rush Service – Rush options for 1 (one) or 3 (three) business days are available on the application. (NOTE: Once a Rush service has been selected and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded).
