The American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) is a non-profit, voluntary, professional association of more than 11,000 higher education professionals who represent approximately 2,600 institutions in more than 40 countries. Its mission is to provide professional development, guidelines, and voluntary standards to be used by higher education officials regarding the best practices in records management, admissions, enrollment management, administrative information technology, and student services. By virtue of its Endorsed Member status with the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc., which is a corporate partner of AACRAO, ACEI benefits from membership services provided by AACRAO including subscription to the Electronic Database on Global Education (EDGE). AICE was founded in 1998 as a not-for-profit professional association dedicated to promoting standards of excellence in the field of international credential evaluation. The Association subscribes to a dual approach to standards in the field of international credential evaluation: first, to promote the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics in day-to-day operations and secondly, but equally important, to assure the public that evaluation standards are consistent and accurate with outcomes that embrace specific sets of guidelines. AICE also provides a forum regarding the development of standards for its member organizations. These member organizations are endorsed by AICE for having demonstrated excellence in credential evaluation and adherence to professional standards through a rigorous membership process. The Association of International Education Administrators (AIEA) is the only association dedicated exclusively to senior leaders in the field of international education. AIEA members are senor international officers who serve as leaders of higher education institutions and of organizations that support international higher education. Click here
